Anaesthetic services are amongst the largest anaesthetic groups in Victoria, and amongst our anaesthetists we handle the full spectrum of anaesthetic services. In our mix, we have anaesthetists that provide anaesthesia for nearly all medical sub-specialties, including cardiac, ear/nose and throat (ENT), neurosurgical, obstetric, and paediatric anaesthesia.
You can find us working in a range of places other than hospitals. Some of our anaesthetists are examiners at the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA), and some act on Advisory Boards within hospitals. We have representation in the armed forces, while others sustain a mixture of private anaesthesia with a public commitment.
