About Nin

MBBS (Hons)
FANZCA

After growing up in Queensland, Nin studied medicine at Monash University where she graduated with First Class Honours. She commenced work at Monash Health where she developed a passion for anaesthesia and underwent years of further training to become a specialist anaesthetist. She was admitted as a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists after completing a year-long fellowship in paediatric anaesthesia at The Royal Children’s Hospital.

Nin currently holds a public appointment at Monash Health and Monash Children’s Hospital where she provides care for a variety of patients, from premature babies to the elderly. In her public work, she is a passionate teacher of junior doctors and nurses, as well as a supervisor of training for the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.

In addition to running after her family, Nin spends the rest of her week working in private hospitals around south-east Melbourne. She focuses on providing personalised care for her patients and ensuring that their anaesthetic experience is calm and stress-free.

Her special interests include paediatrics, total intravenous anaesthesia and regional techniques. Outside of the operating theatre, Nin is an obsessive F45 enthusiast, cook and enjoys travelling.
